Every resource is created with love by Naomi Vazquez, an educator, musician, and business owner with over 34 years of Special Education experience who believes every child deserves access to quality learning materials regardless of their background or ability.

💡 Title III Tip for Administrators
Federal Title III funds are specifically designated for English Language Learner programs, and many of our Diverse Learner materials (visual schedules, communication boards, social stories, movement break cards) qualify as supplemental supports under IDEA / Special Education funding. If your school or district adopts N'Vidia Maxima Kids resources, you may be able to use Title III or special education funding to support an institutional partnership — making our resources available to all your ELL and Diverse Learner students at no cost to families. Every dollar goes directly toward creating more free educational resources — original music production, video creation, worksheet design, specialized Diverse Learner materials (visual schedules, social stories, communication boards, movement breaks), website hosting, and the time it takes to develop quality bilingual content for ELL Students and Diverse Learners.
Is N'Vidia Maxima Kids a nonprofit?
N'Vidia Maxima Kids is operated by N'Vidia Maxima, LLC, an independent educational content company. While we are not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations through Ko-fi go directly to sustaining and expanding our free resource library.
Can my school use Title III funds to pay for resources?
Yes — schools and districts can use federal Title III funds (designated for ELL programs) and IDEA / Special Education funds (for Diverse Learner materials) to establish an institutional partnership with N'Vidia Maxima Kids. Contact us to discuss the details.
