N'Vidia Maxima LLC provides educational resources, worksheets, coloring sheets, videos, songs, and activity generation tools designed for English Language Learners (ELL). Access to premium content requires the purchase of credits.

3. Credit System

Our Services operate on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access premium content:

• Credits are shared across N'Vidia Maxima Kids and NVUS Activity Generator
• Each download or activity generation costs 1 credit
• New users receive a 2-day free trial with access to all premium features
• Credits do not expire once purchased

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Classroom use by educators
• Home learning activities

Commercial redistribution or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.
